Hussnain, age 21, joined Shenfield 3 seasons ago for our Premier League adventure. From the outset, he opened the bowling with our Essex staffer Matt Salisbury, and has played a huge role in our consecutive 3rd place finishes in the Premier league for seasons 2012 and 2013. Going from strength to strength, Hussnain has been our leading wicket taker in the league this season, and scored an excellent 50 in the Bertie Joel Cup semi final. Persistence and hard work have seen Hussnain go on to represent Essex 2nd XI this summer, of which we are hugely proud.

£200 grant: Hussnain would like his award to be combined with Mitchell's to purchase new training equipment for the Colts.
