James Borman
2007James Borman was the worthy recipient of the 4th quarter 2007 Jack Petchey Award.
James won a place in the 3rd team in 2007 despite strong competition from senior members and has made a great contribution to the U15 team, not only bowling and batting but with his spirit and sportsmanship. He was a huge success bowling spin (he never did like all that running up to the wicket) and will be one of the first names on the Matchplay team sheet for 2008.
He has been an invaluable help on Friday evening coaching sessions and is often one of the last to leave.
James has decided to put his award funds towards Drill Tops for the Under 16 team in 2008.
James received his award, at indoor winter nets, from David Brewster - the Club's Child Welfare Officer.
